I think nakul is too angry at vicky so he framed vicky in some murder charge and it will be blamed on abhi simi.

Nakul freeed vicky and trusted him and gave him job. But now he stole money that made nakul angry and decided nakul should never be freed so asks police to frame him in some case whre they could not find murderer.
