I think a moderator should be like RTH ji....always issuing warnings before banning them or taking action on them.

Before people take objection over it, I will state upfront, not necessarily true.

I think you've taken it in a wrong way. I meant to say if a person does something wrong, you issue a warning before banning them or taking necessary action on them.

We have so many great moderators on this forum.

~ patient
~ hardworking
~ Honest but can be diplomatic if necessary
~ Knows how to follow and enforce rules without being too aggressive
~ Intelligent
~open minded
~should be a good leader but shouldn't be bossy.
~ and a bit of creativity wouldn't hurt 😃
