I think after veer comes to know that Icha 's Vansh 's love he ll obviously sacrifice his love..He wants his brother to get well..If Vansh also gets to know that Veer loved Icha..Then it ll be sort "Chal mere bhai" movie style..Both the brothers will want to sacrifice their loves for the sake of other's 😉

and Icha will not marry Veer..he is Tappu 's husband(divorced or not)..and maybe she ll agree to marry vansh..only if Mai doesnt intervene against the marriage...

bahut twists and turns hone wale hai.........

they meant that kite was actually ichha,,,which vansh will gave to veer in the end,,,
