Aziz and Millind realize they're brothers?

Prateeksha and Araina were both in need for blood, Milind and Aziz's blood groups matched. Aziz tells Milind they were 4 brothers and sisters. Milind says he has 3 other siblings too. Suddenly he has flashbacks of their childhood and says, "Could you be...?" and both of them look confused.

I hope he does not ask him who he is or could be cos Aziz is not that good to have as a brother.

I really want Milind to find out that Aziz is his younger brother, but i don't think he will ask he will be about to and someone will come in or something like that will happen..
