Well he rehearsed "Thriller" and "Earth Song" the day before he died (June 24, 2009) for the TII concerts.

If you mean a new released song, then probably the "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" remix from Thriller 25 or "Hold My Hand" by Akon which was leaked (both in 2008.)

Apparently, he was also working a new album before he passed away so there may be songs from after that but those are the most recent at the moment.
