Dear KBians

we are one fine family who loves to discuss the issues related to serial till our hearts content and we do that galdly filling up pages. That is great for any forum and very much apprciated.

But then we should also reconginze and appreicate the creativity that co exist in the forum. Some members are good at wrting unfortunately some are not and they feeil left out.

Creatiity related to KB is also essential to bring out new hidden talent . or encourage some one who is trying to write or making a creation like siggy and stuff.getting confidence

Few of the creative members left as they found no appreciation for their hard work in the forum. Making a VM wrting a fanfic or making a siggy banner takes lots of effort and hours of work. But what we do we read them and have no time to write few words of appreciation.

It is very essential for all writers creators to see a critque appreciation as no one is getting monetary reward. PLz think this way if a minute of our time puts a smile on some one 's face as he/she has spent hours putting smile on our face.

We just had siggie contest and how many members congratulated our winners Same is fate with MOTW . they are the good stadning members who give their time to help the forum thrive and grow without any expectation. So the least we can do for them is make them feel special by congratulating them and try to get to know them better,

Please do not let the creativity die in this forum and say the word of appreciation when we read or watch and enjoy some one;s hard work and plz make them feel welcome to share more of their creativity with us.😊

Please remember creativity make our forum grow and it is always more the merrier as far as the KB family is concerned.😊

Plz friends spend few moments of ur time to say kind words of appreciation to the creative members when u enjoy their hard work.😳

Definitely. Point taken. Henceforth will do. In fact even i have wondered whether all are really reading my posts. Even if one is not able to write down a line of appreciation, a reply saying agree/disagree or like/dislike would be really nice.

that is exactly how the person makes VM write FF or make siggies and stuff feels, He/she sees 100's of views yet no comment or hardly any comment suggesting they like or dislike their post.

. sadasya of the week are members selected who contributes to this forum with good standing . It is an honor and we should congratulate such members for receiving this honor. 😊

sure. hence forth will do . honestly io have not gone through those threads except for the creations corner. now on i check all the threads

Definitely Ramas thanks for opening this thread. Just one or two kind words will take you a long way. Healthy discussions keeps you active on this forum and at the same time you kind of build new friendships and it's a very nice feeling. Will definitely try to take part in these discussions asap.

Thanks for bringing out this issue.

Sometimes we do not have enough time to go through all the posts and read them and I myself perfer posts that are short bcos of lack of time.

Also, I hardly look at the 'sticky' posts!! Yes, thats right, I myself don't look at that! I feel as if they are kind of general rule kind of posts.

I wouldn't even have opened this thread, but I did and you brought out the point that I too feel.

Is there any way, to make these sticky posts visible when they are new? I mean there should be something that differentiates the new stickys from the 'rule' kind of posts.

Also, one has to make others aware how much effort goes into creating those siggies and VMs. I realised it when I tried to capture the pics of an episode myself. That simple thing of capture fe moments from the episode itself is such a huge task.

In summary - Awareness and Promotion are the 2 things I feel are required for such posts.

you are right! I will definitely will try to do my bit from now onwards...but i always congratulated n appreciated all the creative posts!

but you are right...everybody needs some encouragement...even me for that matter...whn we write our updates! so, i understand what you are saying!

lets do our bit and make this forum an interesting place!

i was curious to say this bt only finding the way ... now u had suggested the way....thanks 4 dis.......i m realy thankful to our creatives....wenever i feel alone they had made me happy....i find lots of frends all bcoz of them......thank u...shukriya..!!
