RS's wife tells him that everyone in the house r worried cos shyam has not yet returned. Suguna calls him and he tells that he will be back soon. Radha scolds her for letting him go out at night. maasa's servants search mahaveer's house but baby is not found. The lady to whom mahaveer has given the baby is trying to feed him. But nandu is not having it. She is upset. Her son comes n tells that mahaveer has given them money too along with their land.
Basant grabs the neck of mahaveer n asks him abt the baby. That lady who had nandu, comes and gives the baby to maasa. mahaveer gets angry on her and tells abt showing her true colors. she gives back the paper of her land n also the money and gives a lecture abt how she cannot be part of this.
basant tries to kill mahaveer but maasa stops him and tells abt how his mother had wanted him to not be like mahaveer. she slaps basant n continues with her lecture. mahaveer listens to all these with tears in his eyes. basant asks forgiveness from maasa. maasa then tells mahaveer abt how he lost his wife n son cos of his behaviour.
they r abt to leave his house when shyam comes there with the police. that lady n mahaveer's asistant gives statement against mahaveer. police is abt to arrest him but maasa stops n tells that she has taken back the complaint. Mahaveer looks like he is feeling regret on all his previous actions.
