I don't know.. urmm it comes naturally. I tend to statrt early so that I don't make it obvious I am buttering.😆 I create a "positive atmosphere" by adding the odd good coment here and there but cautiously as to not make it obvious I am buttering.

I try to do two/three favours. Then I slowly start talking about my wishes and hope for the best.😛
