Two Takdeer ki Topis..?

Dance India Dance has become a craze..gaining more popularity week after week as they air the show..I think they should have two Takdeer ki Topis...One for Best Male dancer and other for Best Female Dancer...atleast both will be happy, since the judges select three dancers each from gals and boys...so why not Two Takdeer ki Topis?...

yaa atleast girls will get a fair chance coz india ki janta is just not fair wid gurls...

I agree. Last time alisha truly deserved it. so true. But I guess all compettion have final winners as one so don;t know. I think they should have 2.

Yesss.this way we will have fair competition..one each from gal n boy side...what if few years girls dont get a chance to win the Topi?..isn't unfair..?.Judges and Mithunda should allow Two Takdeer ki Topis...on the contrary we will more tough competition among the participants..😊

I don't think so.. then focus will divide.. there should be only one goal and everyone deserve to be the best

Its simple Mahi...instead of more expenses..they can give 2.5 million Rupess each to both winners...What if for four to five years only guys keeps on winning or gals?..😊

No I don't think it should be divided that way. Because girls have worked very hard to show that they are no less than boys but just because a population still doesn't see it that way and votes based on gender biases doesn't mean the girls should step back and allow that divide. Alisha last year proved that she was not less than any boy who were equally talented. But i don't agree with shoving that up to India's gender bias. Because to think of it Jay was equally talented as Salman and Alisha and he too didn't get voted the best. The point is that at the top 3 if any one of them had won, i'd have said its a good choice because all three were of the same caliber. And being able to say that Alisha a girl was of the same and equal dancing talent as the two guys is an achievement rather than something to be upset about because she wasn't given the #1 positon.. because even Jay the boy didn't get the #1 position tho he was just as deserving as Alisha or Salman.

The point is that there could be only one winner but today we are discussing about Alisha because she gave a good competition to the boys. If the dance had been divided we wouldn't be putting Alisha in league with the boys. So i think its better that the competition has given girls and boys and equal chance at winning their takdeer ki topi without showing any gender bias. Agar gender bias hai toh its in the ppl who may not be voting for Alisha because she is a girl but you cna't be sure that everyone who didn't vote for her did it because she is a girl. Because lets face it she did get up to top 3... which she deserved.

So no i like the current format and would like it to continue that way. Besides, i feel that unlike singing competitions, dancing doesn't divide between female and male forms. Guys can be equally graceful as girls and girls can be equally energetic as guys. So there is no reason to divide.
