So, I was going thru some of the past topics and posted comments. Something that stood out to me, that I hadn't thought of, was that the creatives can't unite ArMan on Manav's and Shravani's wedding day, as that would mean ArMan would be divorced. Since that would contradict the whole concept (and title) of the show.

This, got to me thinking of other wedding day tracks they could use and stay true the concept of the show. Thus, I wonder if maybe they could use Home Sweet Alabama's track. If you guys don't know what I'm talking about, it's climax of the movie where the girl's lawyer interrupts her wedding and declares that she's still married to her ex-husband. The twist and irony is that the girl was forcing her husband to sign the divorce papers (so she could get married legally to her new fiancee) was the one who actually didn't sign the divorce papers. Thus, in the middle of her wedding w/ the new guy, she discovers that she still loves her husband and the groom lets her go. Uh, I think there was even an bollywood movie based on this, titled Barsaat. In fact, most hindi soaps copy bollywood movie tracks, especially Ekta's 😆

Now, I'm not sure how they could integrate this into Pavitra Rishta wedding day drama, as in the only reason Manav is getting married to Shravani is b/c she's pregnant w/ Sachin's baby. From the looks of today's episode it looks like Shravani really is pregnant, so there's no cat to be let out of the bag. Also, in a previous article it stated that Manav will find out Archana is not the one to blame for his family's mishappenings, when Archana comes to live with his family due to some court order. The article also stated that Archana will see Shavurani's situation and will accept their marriage. From the looks of the article it seems both of them had already accepted thier fate. The only scenario that I can think of is Manav actually signing the divorce paper in the mandap.

So what do guys think will happen, will the creatives actually ruin the concept of a pavitra rishta by finializing Manav's and Archana's divorce? Or will they come up with some twist on the wedding day? My favorite option is ArMan reuniting before their final court date and some solution to pregnancy track, though probably the least likely option to happen. Or will the creatives go thru the wedding track between Shravani and Manav and then bring in some twist to reunite ArMan 😡?

I will tell you whats gonna happen.

Archana will realize the situattion and stop fighting for her love (sacrifice) ( about 4 weeks time span)

In anticipation of the divorce, marriage date will be fixed.( Manav's father will wring his hands many more times shouting bappaaaaa)

Of course the marriage preparations will go on and archu will be forced to participate in them by the ever-sadistic Savita.You see each ritual ( sagaai, haldi , etc etc has to be religiously followed even if one is getting married for the n th time . ( three more weeks while the viewers weep and cry and this forum gets flooded with advice/ debates/suggestions etc)

Of couse, Archu the martyr will do so with an expression-less face and a crying heart. Manav will also watch all this with a more sullen and expression-less face ( u see by now he knows that archu is innocent and thst he loves her even more)

After that ..... I will not guess....... because the creatives will further unleash their sadism on us. Maybe the will get divorced , maybe not...

All this will take about 2-3 years of episodes I think

Of course , in the end Arman will reunite may be at an age of 60-70 after they meet in an old age home after sachin's son's wife has thrown manav out of their home. Maybe they can get married again and adopt someone and .....

By that time our tear glands and ducts will stop functioning out of sheer over-use.

And the producers and our creative team will make a lot of money......

Wht a yucky and sadistic story.......

By the way I saw Sweet home alabama on the Telly recently. The character there showed a lot of spunk. Not cry-baby types...

@desisangel well i havent seen the movie which u r talking about.. But the story seems nice.....

Even I was thinking that something like SHA should happen.I love that movie and especially the wedding climax where the lawyer tells her that she has not signed it.Ofcourse this cant happen in PR because both Archu and Manav have signed the papers after lot of drama.

I am thinking that Manav will refuse to get married to shravani.. and savita will accuse (and abuse) Archana a lot... and also Manav will be accused of being selfish by both Savita and Girishji... Girishji will threaten him no doubt.. that he will destroy him if he even thinks of breaking this wedding..

Manav will ask Archu to get back with him... but Archu will realise his dilemma and give him a speech.... you have supported me always... helped my family... so today is my turn... go and be a good husband to Shravani and blah blah blah... she refuses to return with him... Manav will be heartbroken...

Then bappa will do some chamatkar cos of which Shravani will get to know all this... it can be anything... maybe Sulochana will get a heart attack and Manav mortgages his garage to give money for the operation... consoles Archana and gets huggy huggy wth her.... Shravani has come for her usual checkup... she sees them both... and BINGO!! The arrow hits its mark...

And then you can all imagine what will happen next!!
