I loved the way Terence trained the contestants..The other two masters were not as involved with the contestants as he was..Remo's leg kept him from doing so,I will give him that, but Geeta sort of just stood there and watched them dance..While as Terence was dancing with them, paying attention to every individual..
I was expecting no less from Terence..👏

I agree with you, I think Terrence did an outstanding job not just in choreographing the piece but with his participation with the contestants...For the first time, the kids got to relax, do warm up exercise and they looked at ease...and only in his batch the very first contestants or batch rocked...I like this guy...

yes exactly ... it was so good to see how really the mentors are supposed to do the mentoring when I saw Terence today. The other days when I saw Remo and Geetha I felt they did not connect with the contestants. Remo had an excuse, but Geetha even the way she talked I didn't feel the contestants could connect with her. OK, she is emotional and cries along when someone is crying .. but after seeing Terence and the way he was involved with the participants, he did such a good job.
The choreography had some funny bits and the contestants were so at ease.
So, many people did a great job too.
I just liked the way he dealt with the participants !!

He really is about dance as not just a recreational activity but an art and sport. When I say sport, i mean how he puts importance on stretching and cooling down. even last year I remember when they showed videos of the grousp going to their master's for the first time, they showed the same thing with terrences group - the emphasis on body, maintaining it, strengthening it, etc. i think it was vrushali who commented that she had not really be taught to have that perspective before.

and plus i feel like his concern for the dancers is really genuine even in the auditions hes super supportive and i LOVED the proud parent type smile he had on his face before each batch performed his choreography.

Great post and I think it sums Terence up very well.👏
I love the way you described Terence making dance an art and not just any ordinary physical activity.😊
His interaction with the participants is great to watch. The way he treats each one of them like they are his own kids..he definitly deserves a huge round of applause!
I was watching the 31st Dec episode and the way he was watching each and every participant he had trained with that sparkle in his eye in the hope that they would live up to his expectations. He watches all the contestants with such detail that in the end I end up analysing him and not the contestants.😳😆
I would give anything to have a guru like that who supports me with every step I take.

i think terrence is an awesome choreographer, and i like the way he interacts with his students as well. but i also think that we didn't see much in the episode. last season's contestants were all attached to their respective masters. i think all of them get involved, at least remo and terrence do, judging from the video clips they showed. they're pretty loving when it comes to their contestants, and i appreciate that. remo, despite having a broken leg, is still choreographing them, and well, too. 😛

I agree whatever they showed was very little.. however I think all 3 of them are equally involved and contributing towards DID..
