He really is about dance as not just a recreational activity but an art and sport. When I say sport, i mean how he puts importance on stretching and cooling down. even last year I remember when they showed videos of the grousp going to their master's for the first time, they showed the same thing with terrences group - the emphasis on body, maintaining it, strengthening it, etc. i think it was vrushali who commented that she had not really be taught to have that perspective before.
and plus i feel like his concern for the dancers is really genuine even in the auditions hes super supportive and i LOVED the proud parent type smile he had on his face before each batch performed his choreography.

i think terrence is an awesome choreographer, and i like the way he interacts with his students as well. but i also think that we didn't see much in the episode. last season's contestants were all attached to their respective masters. i think all of them get involved, at least remo and terrence do, judging from the video clips they showed. they're pretty loving when it comes to their contestants, and i appreciate that. remo, despite having a broken leg, is still choreographing them, and well, too. đ
