I agree with you. I am also a big fan of Priyanka, but Anvesha is class apart. She is the best female singer came out of the reality shows. I rate her even better than my another favorite Nihira. I am happy she got even better than she was in show.

I like Priyanka for her voice texture, calmness and the harkatein she adds but she needs to work hard on lot of other aspects.

Some people here said I like just husky Rajasthani voice and don't like conventional voices and call them ghisa pita. Offcourse I like conventional voice too but that voice should be like Anvesha or Nihira's. Rest of conventional voices I listened in reality shows are really ghisa pita according to me.

I live in reality, I know it takes decade to find a good singer and I can not expect everybody coming from reality shows to be a great singer.

I just listened to it again and it was clear that Parthiv was way better. Vaishali did not sing the tans in the right tempo. She rushed them but the tabla players were able to account for it. It was obvious when they sang the same line together. Also she slipped in sur. Parthiv was very good in this song-- this is where he shines.

Some commenter on youtube doubted Bappi Lahiri's classical knowledge but he very well trained in classical music and was a tabla prodigy. Sure he has made horrible disco music to torture us but in reality he is actually an incredible musician which is something I know from someone who worked with him directly.

Abhijeet -- not so sure.
