APKGK did well in single screens too but it had a smaller single sceen release compared to Wanted and Love Aaj Kal.

DDD is another film which is doing well in single screens compared to plexes, especially plexes of big cities. Single screens are loving DDD, so atlast a hit for Akki is on the cards.

In India , 70% audiences still go to single screens, so why ignore them?? They can give huge collections and huge distributor share.
