For someone who almost died during delivery and had a major operation (c-sec), Gehna has recovered really quickly to be discharged from hospital in 1 day and carry her baby and walk!
There was no need to show that they had to leave the hospital the next day. There could have been some realism here.
And the baby, though very cute, is definitely not a new born!
