Potential for a bollywood story?

Hey guys. Well I wanted to suggest a script to one of the directors in India. And I wanted your opinions on if the story line was good enough to be made into a film. If it is then which director would be perfect to send it to and which actors/actresses would be best suited for that role...

So here's the story line based on my own true story.

A guy and a girl meet during Raas try outs at their college. At that time they are simply acquaintances. They meet at practice and that's all. They soon become close to each other through aim and texts. They become best friends. They share everything with each other. They help each other through thick n thin. They are a perfect "couple" material but the guy currently has a girlfriend. But they still remain best friends. Then one night everything changes and takes a major turn. The guy texts the girl and everything goes wrong from that point on. All hell breaks lose.

I won't go into detail because there is so much detail to go into. But the ending will be sad. Is this a good strict or is it lame? Honest opinons needed. I'm writing this in the fan fic section right now. Its called Alivda - The Final Goodbye. But the reason I posted here was to get feedback on whether this story has the potentional to go into bollywood. And if it does who should it go to...which director? actors? actress? Thanks in advance guys!

Ok so to tell you the truth...when i read it i was like hm...this can go two ways. We have all heard/read/seen stuff like this before a lot...boy meets girl there is 'the other person" involved then there is a huge complication and blah blah...but what caught me was that you said the ending was going to be sad. Which i thought was nice. Because usually in most (not all but most) of the love stories have happy ending...something happens to the "other person" and the boy and the girl finally get together and etc etc. So i think ur story can go both ways. Since the ending is sad. In my opinion in depends all on the detailing of how it all started and the sad ending....if you have these two stuff very strong with unique details that aren't "seen before stuff" then this could go in a good direction. But, if you do the obvious..."the person" causes the problem...or anything not original then it won't work. And i def. think that the story has good potential but i can't say anything other than what i said here because i don't know the details so write the story fully and let us read it so i can see if i still stick with what i say when i know the details!😉
But good story ;)

And about the directors and actors and actresses...it depends.
It depends on stuff like what type do you want...cuz you know we have a lot of "types"...lolzzz!

And yes it is different in the way that the ending is a sad one, not a happy one. And it makes it more interesting that it is my real life story and not a made up story. So I can really connect with it. Do you want me to write the entire story line here?
