Honestly,I don't see any resemblance to Kat,

Kat has a longer face and nose,whereas Zarine has a rounder face and sharper features.The only similarity is that both Kat n her are fair.

she does resemble kat (just a tiny bit)..only in few places. zareena luks so innocent..didnt really like her before (from the pictures i had seen)
