Major reshuffle at STAR Plus

With Colors delivering high GRPs (Gross Rating Points) ' last week it crossed the 350 mark for the first time leaving behind STAR Plus with 229 TRPs and Zee with 271 GRPs, a lot of re-shuffling is happening at Star Plus. The buzz is that Keertan Adhyanta, executive VP, STAR Plus is being moved to take charge of their English channels, STAR Movies and STAR World. Prem Kamath, VP and Marketing, STAR India is being brought in as advisor for rebranding STAR Plus project, while Sanjay Gupta, the COO will oversee Plus for a while. Gaurav Banerjee VP and content head STAR Jolsha will help programming of Plus. In a bid to fight back, the channel is also extending its 30 minute daily soaps Bidaai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai to one hour as Colors has scored not with one but a couple of its shows Na Ana Is Des Laado and Uttaran, which are occupying the numero uno positions.

I dont know but they should ask UDAY ----- to leave??? I didnt understand...Is UDAY ----- part of SP team....If Yes than its useless to start fight again!!! and if he is changed then we should start our fight now!!!

instead of only favouring only these two shows y cant they bring kisdesh back to pt it would give them more grp.

thanks for sharing..

it wud be better if they also give importance to other shows as well and not only 2 shows.. proper promotions and all... giving importance to only 2 shows wont help their channel be on top forever.. just shows how much they care for viewers and their own channel... :|

i guess other channels have been giving proper and equal promotion to all their shows and that's why they are on top now...

u know there's an old saying....

if you differentiate between ur own children...nobody can stop the family from destruction...

star open ur eyes...favouritism doesn't work here.....treat all shows equally...

Yes yes...This is what SP will get for not listening their fans..keep your egos up SP.You deserve your fall.
Still you are blind, deaf and dumb towards your fans and veiwers .still not paying attention ...do what ever you want to now...you are doomed.
else Give back our show Kis Desh Mein Hai mera Dil back to PT and set your everything right.We promise to come back to you.
Increasing your two shows for one hour each for 7 days will not help you rather ruin you to extent ....
Still Go ahead ...keep dooming till you close the shutter down.

still they r thinking of YRKKH and bidaai to extend one hour....Dont they have it in their head that they must bring KDMHMD back at PT....they r sheer idiots, yaar😡....I m happy that colors is moving ahead...i wanna see more of their destruction....
