Update ......... 2nd November

They return home. Adit gets a glass of water for Abhi. But Adit's head is still swirling. Abhi asks where mummy and Antara are. Adit starts to make a call when they return. Vidya has a fat envelope and Abhi wants to know what's in it. She gives it to him. She sees the bruise on Adit's forehead. He says it's the reward he got for speaking the truth. He explains the events to Vidya in Abhi's words. Abhi smiles. Adit says someone asked God to forgive me and He did. Father and son exchange a knowing look. He ruffles Abhi's hair and kisses him. Adit takes the envelope from Abhi and opens it. It is full of money. He looks at Vidya questioningly. She tells him she has encashed the FD and asks him to repay the loan. Adit says this was for Abhi. She says it is better to have a secure today and doesn't want them to live in fear. She says the thugs are unscrupulous and will harm the kids. She urges him to return the money to the hoodlums. But Adit doesn't agree. He doesn't want anyone to suffer because his bad decisions. Vidya tells him to forget everything and not think about it. It will bring more heartache. Put it behind you like a bad dream she tells him. She says they should treat it as a closed chapter and never talk about it again. They decide to fight the obstacles in life together. They smile at each other. Vidya says she's hungry, so why not have something sweet?

The whole family is going out and are hailing an auto. Angel sees an icecream stall and walks to it saying Antara icecream. She changes her chant to Vidya icecream. Vidya realises that Antara knows that Vidya wants something sweet to eat. They have icecream. How nice……

Adit goes back to the bank and meets the pig who is boss. He begs him to reinstate him. Adit is desparate and the pig is just as nasty. I will not go into the details of the scene in which Adit is treated like dirt.

Precap: Antara and Abhi are playing in the clinic when they knock down the vase. The odious secretary sounds off Vidya.
