Lata, Kishore & Rafi - no one can even come close to their voices and songs.

There are good singers today but unfortunately the music and lyrics are pathetic!

another singer whose lilting voice leaves me mesmerised is Geeta Dutt!...among the current crop i admire Sukhwinder a lot....

a singer who left the scene a tad too early without really getting the due for her very sweet voice is Kavita Krishnamurthy!

Oh I forgot Mohit Chauhan. I have loved his voice since Dooba Dooba. There is something very refreshing about the way he sings.

Favorite Past Singers - these are my all time favorite singers. I tend to hear old music more. The poetry and words were beyond normal as well.

Hemant Kumar - Sad an intense

Geeta Dutt- haunting mysterious

M. Rafi- romantic , Chunchul

Asha Bhosle - sexy and soothing
