I TOTALLY agree whit salman!!i really like Katrina but sha can act!!even not cry!!!!!

In New york..she even cant cry...anyways dont wanna be mean..i have to face the truth..

I have only known Kat since two months and I was always striked by the fact that anyone was saying she couldn't act or that it's thanks to Salman that she is known in BW. SO I tried toi watch some of her movies and I've begun with "Namastey London" which is an ok movie for me. And the first scene in which she's supposed to play a drunk person is really not convincing and it was a VERY BAD scene I MEAN it. Although I like her acting when she confronted her parents and his "hubby" in London and that she blackmailed them she was very good in that scene. I tend to think that she's an irregular and inconstant actress it depends on the scene but I guess she's not at fault because she wasn't prepared for it. She was a model turned actress....She was pushed up in front of the audience and the medias as the newly porcelain dolly.

I find her pretty she has a million bucks smile and she seems to have a nice personality, she has manners and doesn't talk too much rubbish on TV......But she's not an actress she is a model trying to act and it's not because she says that the critics have to pay attention to the BO that makes her a good actress...It's not because American Pie has success that means that it's a great movie..it just means that kind of film has met its audience....

For instance in my country (France), in general actors/actress (even when they're sons or daughters of actors) take classes of acting and experiment theater before shooting in movies or in the same time or after a frist film experience. And theater actors/actress are equally promoted as film actors. So they usually don't come across as newcomer or bad performer because they learn acting before being under contract with director or big banners.....

They have to experiment theater in front of jurys or a regular audience. Actually they pass exams or do stage acting to be recognized and for being taken seriously.

I know Scarlett Johansson is stopping film shooting to take time to do stage acting in Broadway...? Why? It's simple to have a solid experience of acting.

I truly think that Kat should stop acting for half of the year to take seriously acting classes and start to be choosy as far as the script is concerned.

And she has to stop all the comedies with Akkhi..if SRKajol only did films with each other they would have only hits ..but at the end of the day do they prove that they are versatile or that they can only do good performances or money making ones with each other?

I am glad rhea told us what he actually said because i do agree that she wasnt the best at the start but she is improving, she might still not end up acting brilliantly but then again there is a lot of people in bollywood that cant act but are at the top of the game.

I confess that in New York her acting was quite good but there was no sparks of brilliant acting....In BW there are a lot actresses who aren't Audrey Hepburn, Gong Li or Meryl Streep that's for sure but an actor has to convince you that he's/she's the character she doesn't manage to do it very well. But yes again she's improving....

I think Genelia has a more mature acting than her and Genelia is younger but Genelia has more experience than her and in movies including different languages.

But I think her dance skills are really good!!!! Kat's performances are great!!! And she didn't say her acting skills were the best she's still humble...
