It starts with Vasu, ragini, DB and sadhna entering the hospital. Vasu asks the receptionist for ranvir and aalekh, but their names aren't in the record. The Dr informs them that we have another award where accident patients are treated. They all go in search for ranvir and aalekh. Meanwhile Vinu is in the same hospital, he calls Home, kaushi pick up the phone, vinu asks for mama ji but he isn't trhere, Vinu tells kaushi about the bill. Kaushi gets worried. Vinu says he wil figure out the solution to pay the bill. He puts the phone down. Two ward boys come and grab vinu. Vinu is confused. The ward boys say you have to pay the bill as soon as possible. Vinu says yes, I know that, I'm trying to arrange the money., let me go. The ward boys say that they can't let him go as his wife has run away from the hospital. Vinu is shocked to hear this. Vinu tries to explain that he is related to the rajvansh family. Meanwhile sadhna, ragini, Vasu and DB are going through other wards with the dr, but they can't find ranvir and aalekh. On the other side the Dr ask the nurse what's the matter. The nurse tells the dr that this man (Vinu) says that he is related to the rajvansh. The dr says well the rajvansh are here we can ask them. Vinu goes along with the ward boys, they bump into ragini and others. Vinu asks ragini why are they here? Sadhna says that ranvir and aalekh have met with an accident. Vinu is shocked. And sadhna says we can't find them anywhere here. Vinu says comes let's find them. They all go to find ranvir and aalekh. The nurse who was with vinu says "he is a relative of the rajvansh's".

Kaushi is talking to mama ji aout the hospital bill, and malti. Malti walks in. Mama ji and kaushi come to malti and ask her about vinu. Malti says that vinu has gone to the office and I came on a rikshaw. She tells mama ji that the rikshaw guy is waiting outside, as she hasn't paid him because she had no money with her. Mama ji says he'll go and pay the guy. Kaushi tells malti to rest.
Meanwhile @ the hospital.
They still couldn't find ranvir and aalekh. Vasu says why did ranvir had to do this? He knew that aalekh isn't completely normal, but still he didn't listen to me. Sadhna breaks down, she starts to cry. Ragini holds sadhna's hand. Sadhna looks @ ranvir Ragini turns around and sees ranvir. Ranvir has a bandage on his hand and wrist. Vasu and others rush to ranvir except sadhna. Vasu asks is he is fine, ranvir sayd he is fine vasu asks about aalekh. Ranvir turns the other way and the other look where ranvir is looking, and we se aalekh coming. Aalekh has a bandage on his head and wrist. Sadhna sees aalekh. Aalekh looks like he is in a shock state when he waling down. Sadhna remembers her conversation with ranvir when she was telling him to not to let aalekh drive and how ranvir said he'll handle everything.
Sadhna walks up to ranvir and she slaps ranvir, everyone is shocked to see this kind of behaviour fro sadhna. (I'm really upset her, like really really upset😔) sadhna faints. Sadhna wakes up in a ward. Ranvir comes up to her and asks her if she is fine. Sadhna apologises to ranvir, ranvir says that she has every right to punish me for my mistakes. It was my fault, aalekh bhaiya's responsibility was on me and I…aalekh interrupts by saying No ranvir, it wasn't your mistake. It was mine. Aalekh yells at sadhna that without thinking you slapped my brother and insulted him. Sadhna says I got worried by seeing your wounds. Aalekh yells that I haven't got hurt a lot, and that's what I was going to tell you but before I said anything you took your decision and slapped my brother. Aalekh is angry with sadhna. Aalekh says that you have to apologise to ranvir, you raised your hand on him na? now you have to fold your hand in front of him and apologise. Sadhna is shocked. sadhna folds her hands in front of ranvir. Ranvir tells her not to, sadhna nods her head no, she is crying. Ragini looks upset. DB has that that's what you deserve sadhna look {argh I hate DB}
Vasu is at the receptionist paying the bills off. The dr says to vasu that it is only because of your charity that our hospital is running on. Vinu is being walked to the receptionist by the nurse and the ward boys. Vinu explains to them that he will pay the bill, he doesn't have that much money with him at the moment, he needs time. The nurse says that you shouldn't have come here if you couldn't afford the hospital. Vasu is watching this. Vinu sees Vasu standing there. Vasu aks the Dr if there is any problem. Dr tells the nurse to go away and he'll handle it. Dr tells Vasu that Vinu hasn't paid the bill. Vasu says please add his bill to my bill, I'll pay it for him. Vinu tells her not to, Vasu insists. Vinu leaves.
@ the Rajvansh house
Ragini walks into her room, Ranvir is sleeping. Ragini sits next to ranvir and is thinking about sadhna slapping ranvir. Ragini says I can't believe tha sadhna could do this. Ragini is very upset about it, she calls kaushi. Kaushi asks her that how come she called at this hour. Ragini says that she was missing them, that's why she called them. Kaushi notices a change in Ragini's voice, kaushi asks her ig something is worng as she is sounding a bit upset. Ragini says it's nothing like that. DB calls out to ragini. Ragini invites DB in, and tells kaushi that she'll call her later.
DB asks ragini about ranvir's health. Ragini says he is fine, he got hurt at a place or two. Ragini gets DB to sit. DB says this is strange, everyone was worried about aalekh, but no one asked about ranvir's health. It ends on ragini's upset face.
