i hate when people make the girl feel bad for not getting married yet...simi probably thinks its her fault
and that its cause she is fat. She is NOT FAT...whats up with everyone saying , oh you look like you lost weight, or dont eat anything when your with him.

i feel that if she was confident a guy would be mroe attracted toward her and see that she is a strong woman

i really dont think it has anything with her being fat...i've fat, not so good looking girls get married before

and i think simi is very pretty...its just maybe if she had some self-esteem :(

plus wore better fitting clothes to show off her curves
and colors that look good on her...unlike that pale purple suit the sisters told her to wear

No, she is not fat; in the first episode she talks about how she has been on a diet to lose weight and how she has lost quite a bit of weight so that she will be able to find a husband. She's chubby, but it looks fine on her and as Abhi says "healthy." However, over time her self-worth has fallen and she fears that no-one will ever want her and so we see that in her personality.

simi is not fat at all. even from a neutral point of view i'd say that she's slightly chubby/pudgy but definitely not fat.😊

the extra weight actually looks good on her. it's too bad that simi's self-confidence is at an all-time low nowadays. thank goodness for abhi who gives her the right compliments at the right time.😳 simi is beautiful but she doesn't realise it. her family especially her mother manju make it worse by always taunting her about her weight.

there are a lot of beautiful heatlhy girls around, even popular actresses like katrina, preity, rani, asin are not skinny yet they are loved by many. i hate how weight is such a big issue for a girl to get married. poor simi has to try so hard to be someone else so that she doesn't burden her family anymore. tsk tsk.. what a pity!
