Boring, boring, boring!
Nandini is ootufying kanji to Thiru (and I am getting irritated), and then she wipes off a speck from his mouth with her hand and Thiru is embarrassed (and I was really irritated). Finally, he insists that he has had enough and asks her to go (and I was relieved that the scene is over). EK, where is the need for you to start this new line now? We are sick of this sick serial, let us go.
Ganga's husband, Uday, is going to look for a job, but she doesn't want him to work, she wants him to be a veetoda mappillai. If she is shameless and wants to live with her parents forever, she expects her husband also to be shameless. Anyway, the husband has more sense and says it is his self respect, but she says her father's prestige will be spoiled if her husband works for someone. She says her father can set him up with his own travel company, and tells her dad, who agrees but says that her husband can take a loan and he will be the guarantor. I am hoping the father has more sense than his silly daughter.
Nandini tells her parents about the accident and they go and check on Surya's wounds. They tell him he is going to see the doctor the next morning.
Kasthuri and Ganesh come to see the psychiatrist (Ganga's dad) and K shows him Thiru's photo and asks if this is the man he saw when he went to Ooty. He confirms, K is overjoyed and runs to tell his wife, then she has this strange look (azhugaiya santhoshamaa, enakku puriyalai!) and goes to the puja room and looks at the kumkum there, and the creative head has put Thiru's head in there! Oh well, we leave her smiling and crying at the same time ...
