I'm thinking that Vidya has aborted that child, and in any episode when Vidya will be asked about her unborn child, then she will tell that she has aborted the baby. May be she had aborted her baby when she was feeling love for Antara and thought of caring about her and a if a new born baby comes, the care for Antara will subside.
