I don't know who chooses the songs, Zee or contestants, but if the songs were chosen by Yatharth then full kudos to him 👏 for simply choosing classical songs, when no one else chose such songs.

Now coming to the singing aspect, I shall like to know your opinion of how Yatharth sang?

Out of a scale of 100, how much will you give to each of the performances? It will be nice if you explain why you have graded so in terms of things like sur, taal, bhava, understanding of classical structure, etc so that music lovers like me can learn.

Yatharth's singing impressed me in the beginning of the competiton but soon enough the novelty wore away and I realized it was just that- novelty. Nowadays I am unable to judge whether he is an over-hyped singer or just a plain struggling singer. Technically i think there are some flaws in his singing which are accentuated by his thin voice. However his range and voice control leave a lot to be desired.
