Perfect Bahu or Perfect Bride ??

In the precap...Gurpreet makes a very valid statement that "Its not Perfect Bahu but Perfect Bride"..

As per the format of the show guys will b looking for their perfect bride and of course their mothers too will hv to approve the bride😳

but now the whole concept of the show seems to b changing😆

It looks as if the guys will blindly follow their mother's choice and will move on..they don't hv the guts to go against their mother or at least try to convince them for a girl if the mother is against that girl..

In Gurpreet-Yash's case only the mother seems to b the dominant factor...

So this means the show is not about finding a bride but only a bahu ??😕..I thought the guy will choose someone for them and then the mothers will b testing her ..but here game is totally different...mothers r choosing someone for their sons and then the respective sons try to impress that girl because their mothers hv asked him to do so😆..yes I m talking about Yash-Priyanka now😆😆...

So my question is ..is the show more about a Perfect Bahu or a Perfect Bride ??😕

hey jyoti .....wassup ....tum reality show forum mein ....hardly expected u here 😆

well ....i think ...perfect bride ,,,is the combination of perfect wife and perfect bahu! "dulhan" or "bride" doesent only mean ...man's wife .....it means a bride cuming to the family! So i blive choice of motehr and son r equally important.......if motehr is a bit flexible .....toh its sone pe suhaga! 😆 ......as far as gurpreet is concerned ,,.,,,she is very rude and arrogant ....she dunnio how to talk ......i dun think any MIL wil ltolerate in the tone she speaks and as far as yash;s mom is concerend ...she is no less ......

Both gur and yash's mom r 2 rude strong personalities so i think they cud never get along! yash is a biggest fool here who dunno to take his stand! he never tried to resolve the matter between his mother and gurpreet! he cant make a balance between the 2 .

if he feels strongly for gurpreet ...instead of she fighting with his mom ....it shud b him to stand by her and try to make his mom understand......but this man .....is alwayz at loss of words when these 2 females strts arguing!!

soi dun thing this type of man can marry a gal against his motehrs choice ......and even the gal who will cum against his m,oethrs wishes cant b happy as ....uska husband hi apnui maa ko samjha nahi sakta!!

so i think in this situation gurpreet type of a bold and outspoken gal is a complete misfit in yash's family .....or u can say yash's family is a misfit for gurpreet!!

I firmly believe that perfect bride/wife/bahu should be one and the same to be perfect. Marriage is to welcome others into your FAMILY. Not just pairing two people together. After marriage a girl is not just Mrs XYZ, she is also a bahu, a mami, chachi etc Hence, one should be able to mix with all family, at the very least the family that you will be sharing a HOME (not house) with. Even if Mr and Mrs XYZ were to live separately that doesn't mean that they have disowned their other relatives. Afterall, why break old relations that have seen you through thick and thin for new ones?

I would love to see how guys would interact if there were 5 girls and 10 of them. I would also want to see the girls' respective families testing the guys, not just the guys' moms.

As far as Gurpreet is concerned...yeah her tone is not proper...but I m kind of irritated over that Yash😡..forget Gurpreet...no girl of today's generation will tolerate such a dominating mother-in-law..and on top of that if the guy wants to live his life only under the shadow of his mother..then how can he get a girl of his choice ??😕...Right now Yash is just blindly following his mother's instructions..just because his mother likes Priyanka..all of a sudden Yash feels Priyanka is his best friend who understands him the most..bla bla😆😆...in short he does not hv a mind of his own..Priyanka is like a butterfly...she will fly away to Raj sooner or later😆...

I agree...but that doesn't mean a guy will not hv any right to choose a suitable girl for himself..because at the end of the day that girl will b spending the rest of her life with her hubby only na..so if a guy's mother selects a suitable bahu for his son but if the son does not like her too much but still agrees to marry her for the sake of her mother's happiness..then what future such a couple can hv ??...She might become the perfect bahu of the house...but can she become the perfect bride ever if the guy only is not interested in his wife ??😆...but if its the opposite..that is if the guy likes the girl but the mother is not too fond of the girl..but the guy manages to somehow convince his mother..and then the marriage happens...the girl can become a perfect bride as well as perfect bahu...In short a girl can become a perfect bahu only after she becomes a perfect bride or a wife..thats my POV..😊

Same here.....somehow i find the format of this show quite regressive.....either keep 10 guys, and 10 girls, both side moms....or keep more girls.....let the guys fight it out for the girls....why start a catfight amongst the girls on the boys???? And only the guy's mom have say...the girl's family never has any say...as though their opinion doesn't matter...why??????
