well ....i think ...perfect bride ,,,is the combination of perfect wife and perfect bahu! "dulhan" or "bride" doesent only mean ...man's wife .....it means a bride cuming to the family! So i blive choice of motehr and son r equally important.......if motehr is a bit flexible .....toh its sone pe suhaga! 😆 ......as far as gurpreet is concerned ,,.,,,she is very rude and arrogant ....she dunnio how to talk ......i dun think any MIL wil ltolerate in the tone she speaks and as far as yash;s mom is concerend ...she is no less ......

Both gur and yash's mom r 2 rude strong personalities so i think they cud never get along! yash is a biggest fool here who dunno to take his stand! he never tried to resolve the matter between his mother and gurpreet! he cant make a balance between the 2 .

if he feels strongly for gurpreet ...instead of she fighting with his mom ....it shud b him to stand by her and try to make his mom understand......but this man .....is alwayz at loss of words when these 2 females strts arguing!!

soi dun thing this type of man can marry a gal against his motehrs choice ......and even the gal who will cum against his m,oethrs wishes cant b happy as ....uska husband hi apnui maa ko samjha nahi sakta!!

so i think in this situation gurpreet type of a bold and outspoken gal is a complete misfit in yash's family .....or u can say yash's family is a misfit for gurpreet!!

I firmly believe that perfect bride/wife/bahu should be one and the same to be perfect. Marriage is to welcome others into your FAMILY. Not just pairing two people together. After marriage a girl is not just Mrs XYZ, she is also a bahu, a mami, chachi etc Hence, one should be able to mix with all family, at the very least the family that you will be sharing a HOME (not house) with. Even if Mr and Mrs XYZ were to live separately that doesn't mean that they have disowned their other relatives. Afterall, why break old relations that have seen you through thick and thin for new ones?
