Why is their a seperate topic needed when it's only one picture? Can this not be posted in the gallery? It sure is no big headline for Priyanka to be spotted with her brother, and normal folks do actually once in a while meet up with their family members. Of course it's beyond my understanding as to why this is given so much importance.

Anyhow, I will save everyone the trouble and praise PC and her brother here, because that's what will eventually happen in this thread.
