Thanks Mugda. I knew she was his stop-mom and her love is just fake. Its just because he is the only earning member of the family. She wasnt ready to get Manav married, she only agreed because she thought Archu's family is very rich and she will bring lot of jewellery with her.

I think I've watched all the episodes of PR... never found any reference to it (savita being step-mom)... a sort of blooper from the PR team i guess... it makes the storyline a little less implausible though.

MG...thats a stupid typo by me.We all do need to tell Savita,"Stop MOM"😆

BTW, although it has never been shown on the actual show we all know PR is based on Thirumathi Selvam, the Tamil show. In that the lead guy's mom is his step mom.And the way she treats Manav, i dont think a real mother will do it to her own son.

I don't know, u see, her behavior is always like that of a real mom, I mean the way she talks to manav, and says mera manav mera manav and seems protective abt him...!!

Agree with GHT-Arman .. we shd write n their website abt ArMan's reunion and be against Satish's entry in Archu's life again ..
Well yes Manav is Savita's step son, that's why she treats Manav on a way and Satish+Vandu on an other .. Manav is just for paisa and nothing else while she really likes Sachu and Vandu, that's why she doesn't ask Sachu to work but just marry a rich girl .. She's so cheee ! But the day Manav will know abt this, she'll regret big time ..

Devashree_h is right, and I believe it was Thamizhan who told us earlier that in Thirumathi Selvam (the show upon which Pavitra Rishta is based) Savita is Manav's step-mother.

That brings up a question, where has Manav's father disappeared to? Even the uncle and Tarun aren't shown these days. In the earlier stages they played pretty big roles on this show and now don't seem to exist.
