That brings up a question, where has Manav's father disappeared to? Even the uncle and Tarun aren't shown these days. In the earlier stages they played pretty big roles on this show and now don't seem to exist.
U r absolutely ryt .. In the tamil version, even though the dad is a drunkard, he does take care a lot abt his elder son and daughter-in-law than the 2 other children, whereas here, he's completely disappeared .. But whether him here or not, it won't affect the situation nor the family since he hardly speaks, and even more against his wife. He's always der while eating just to increase Manav's expenses 😡
