Vidya Balan steps in as the 'fresh, young face'

Vidya Balan has been signed as the face of a new product range by a mosquito repellent brand, previously endorsed by Rani Mukerji.

It seems that stars are not at all favourable for Rani. She had a lot of hope from her film "Dil Bole Hadippa", for which she had worked very hard. But unfortunately the movie did not create any magic at the box office and neither was her role in the film appreciated.

Now, to add to her woes, she has been dropped as the face of the mosquito repellent brand after years of endorsing all their products. Apparently, the company wants a fresh, young face to can add value to their brand.

In the last one year Rani has been dropped from endorsing other products such as Munch chocolate and Fanta.
