shekhar drives the tractor on the land while lali is working.(i missed 5 minutes here because the video wasnt working) shekhar and lali are eating and lali says how she used to help her parents work, relationships increase, love increases. shekhar remembers sid complaining about spending time with him. shekhar says he should get back to work. lali is watering the land. ranvijay comes in a car with some men and talks. shekhar is working. ranvijay leaves with the men.
gangiya goes to sid and says how is she sitting like this and wipes her mouth to remove sweetness for lali. gangiya messes with sid's hair and says does she remember the nautanki. they try to go out. the men stop them. jamuni and kaushalya come. jamuni leaves. gangiya says sid is really sick, how can she stay there. kaushalya says sid was fine in the morning. gangiya says a fever suddenly came, she will take her out. kaushalya says how. gangiya says sid is the bahu, the raquel is there, loha is out or she would have made him understand, she cant see sid in pain. kaushalya says take sid, she will send a man. gangiya says there is no need, shes there. sid keeps pretending like shes sick.
the man leaves ranvijay. ranvijay sees sid and gangiya on a ricksha and wonders what new game gangiya is playing.

sid asks gangiya if what shes doing is right. gangiya says yes to come. some men look. gangiya says havent they ever seen women before. gangiya takes sid to a payphone. sid calls her dad and tells him something in mute. gangiya says she will see how lali will escape from this jhal. gangiya lights her cigarette.
wind blows. lali said will it rain. shekhar says rain season is over. it rains. lali thinks all their efforts were wasted. lali and shekhar try to keep the mud from falling . shekhar hits the land and says he should have known nothing would happen from this land. shekhar walks away.
