I'm feeling a bit for Damini in this situation. Not that any of us are for Prithvi vs Damini - we're all for PriDa but seeing they're having an awesome scrap and all 😳
Prithvi is playing a slightly passive aggressive role in this whole situation. He's not actually making any moves towards Damini - unlike Sameer he's not physically crowding her, he's not trying to manipulate her - his intention was to get her dependent on him, and with that he has succeeded.
Now why would he go shoot his own plan in the foot when it was all going so well? Because, of course, he's started to feel more deeply than he thought he would. Because he's not able to keep his role confined to an act. Because he forgets when he takes her in his arms that this woman is an enemy.
He needs to put distance between them NOW or give in.
NONE of this is Damini's fault. Prithvi was having right royal tantrum there - kicking the railing, slapping his fist and everything. Dear boy, get a grip! The last time he got off the horse and walked away, he was able to put a good face on it, give her a short explanation - she was puzzled but went with it.
This time, he made no pretence - he was angry, she was there and he lashed out at her. He said cutting things, he accused her of using him - he was impolite, he was disparaging and he was unfair. Damini doesn't know what's happening - she knows this man has moods he won't share with her. Now at a time when she's vulnerable, reaching out to the one person who she thinks she can trust... he turns around and bites her hand.
I was saying elsewhere that Damini may not be as gentle as Avni but she is equally vulnerable. And she doesn't deserve man after man to ill -treat her. Bad Prithvi!!!😡😡😡

Of course from the promo it seems like she will fall back on her old stand - I can look after myself, I don't need you. After all she has ALWAYS had trouble accepting she needs help. How Prithvi is to recover his position, her trust, her affection.... what explanation he can give... I don't know.
Still the fight seems like fun - they can get back to being adversaries for a while. Because there's no way he's going to walk away because she says so. So he'll have to part grovel, part hold his ground, and part charm her out of her hostility. Can't wait!! 😃 *Rubs her hands in glee*

But since his own emotions are running sky high and is constantly betraying him, he might just have an outburst of his own... which will change the dynamics of their relationship COMPLETELY. For better or for worse, I have no idea! But it will definitely change.

What you said was so true Ektaj, Damini is the one who actually made all the moves to take their relationship forward, so Prithvi has all the rights to retort back to her "just a bodyguard" comment (it is totally a different matter that Prithvi subtly created situations as such that Damini would make the moves.)

I can almost visualize the retort ...
Dam: "Haath chodo mera!"
Pri: (still grabbing her hand) ... "Ehsaan?" .. "Sirf ek bodyguard?"
Dam: (rolls her eyes) "maine kaha haath chodo!!" ..
Pri: (pays no heed to her orders, holds her hand even tighter) "kya kaha aapne? main aap pe ehsaan kar raha hoon?"
Dam: (struggles to get out of his grasp)
Pri: (jerks and brings her closer to himself) "Kya aap aapke saab employees ke saath aise pesh aati hain?"
Dam: (shocked, and fear in her eyes now..) "maine kaha chodo mujhe!!"
Pri: " 'Sirf ek bodyguard' ka khayal rakhna aapki duty kaise ho gayi?" (his hurt becoming obvious through his eyes)
Dam: (looks away, her strength to resist slowly slipping away)
Pri: " 'Sirf ek bodyguard' ki shaadi ho gayi hain ki nahi, aapko isse kya?" (getting angrier by the minute)
Dam: (fear, confusion and some other feelings taking a toll... doesn't even say anything)
Pri: (out of frustration) "Mujhe patha tha ke main sirf ek bodyguard hoon... har baar main aapko AUR apne aapko yehi yaad dilata gaya ke main SIRF ek bodyguard hoon! ... lekin aap!" (pulls her extremely close and grabs her by the shoulders with both of his hands)
Dam: (tears somehow creep into her eyes as she struggles to hold it back)
Pri: (struggles to hold back his angry tears) "Kya aapko yaad tha uss waqt?!"

.. I don't know, I can't picture anymore beyond this, haha;.. but I VERY much look forward to this confrontation, if we get to see Prithvi's outburst, everything is going to change! Oh gosh, now I have rambled!
