I don;t know maybe. but loha told her NOT to tell anyone. but she told the mother anyway. so i guess if she wants to save his life She might have to tell him the truth.

I dont think she will tell Shekhar because then the promise she made to Loha will be broken.And Shekhar will never agree to do what Loha wants.
