if you are saying that population must be equal everywhere for a country to develop properly then it's gonna cause problems, like for example, if both india and singapore have 1,1 billion population they would develop properly?? cause singapore is so small 1,1 billion people will be too much for them to contain, most of these people won't be able to get a job, won't get a house as there is not enough place, water is also very scarce in singapore. if population must be equal everywhere then most countries who only have small amount of territory geographically will not be able to maintain and sustain their population.

I think she meant that population shud B evenly balanced everywhere... but the question then arises as to how ?
