Highlights : Shyam warns MS and RS
Anandi starts to get humiliated
Maasa's sons and MS drag the fight in public.
Scene continues from sarpanch telling Maasa that MS and RS are supporting Mahavir Singh. Maasa refuses to do anything about this saying MS is her samdhi. The sarpanch leaves, worrying about the villagers. Basanth tries to reason with Maasa while Shyam starts going out. Suguna asks him where he is going. Maasa tells Shyam that she knows he is going to MS's house and asks him not to go. Shyam tells everyone that he will not listen to anybody today and leaves.
In MS's house, the men are all happy about their actions in convincing the village folk to sell their lands. They celebrate while Radha and her SIL look on. MS is very happy for avenging his insult. Shyam comes there. On seeing him, Radha rushes to him and cries over his wounds. She hugs him and asks how he is. MS taunts Shyam that he is not his son, but Maasa's son-in-law. He yells at Radha to go inside. Shyam asks MS to stop hurting Maasa's family. They are not at fault. He married Suguna out of his own free will. He starts cursing Mahavir SIngh and tells MS not to associate with people like Mahavir Singh.
MS and RS yells at Shyam. Shyam finally warns his father not to continue with his plans, if not he will have to go to the panchayat. MS and RS are shocked. After Shyam leaves, Mahavir instigates MS some more saying his own son is his enemy. RS tells MS that they should think about what to do if Shyam goes to panchayat. At the haveli, Maasa scolds Shyam for threatening his father. Basanth supports Shyam and agrees to go to panchayat with Shyam
Jagya talks to his friends while returning from school The boys go to a jalebi stand. Jagya remembers how much Anandi loves jalebis. He feels sad and leaves without eating any. At Anandi's house, Phooli visits her along with her parents who ask Bhago what happened with Anandi and Maasa. Bhago takes them to the field and tells them she will talk on the way. Phooli and Anandi stay behind. Anandi tells Phooli how much she misses her saasra and cries. Phooli consoles Anandi and takes her to play.
Shyam gets ready to to the panchayat. Suguna wraps a shawl around him. He teases Suguna who tells him that he may catch cold. Shyam holds Suguna's hand and tells her that he is surprised by how much she has changed. Suguna says she has learnt it from him, seeing how selfless he is. Sumitra comes there and tells Shyam not to oppose his father. Shyam tells her that he can't do that. He says he is not opposing his father, but is standing against injustice. Bhago returns home to see Anandi playing outside. She tries to take her inside saying she is married. Some village woman taunts Anandi saying she has no saasra so she might as well play and keep herself busy. Bhago is upset.
Bafore going to panchayat, Maasa again asks Basanth and Shyam to reconsider. But they don't relent. At the panchayat, Shyam accuses MS and RS of plotting with Mahavir against Maasa and using the villagers as bait just to get back at Maasa. MS denies everything and accuses Maasa of trying to stop MS's business growth. Maasa is not at all happy about this whole discussion in public. Basanth accuses MS of sending a Govt order using influence to coerce the villagers. He requests the panchayat to decide in favor of the village. The panchayat orders that the farmers cannot sell their land to outsiders. The back-and-forth argument b/w MS-RS and Shyam-Basanth continues with each team insulting the others. Maasa, who is very disturbed by then shouts at them to stop and not fight in front of everyone. She tells the panchayat that she is taking her complaint back. She has no problems with farmers selling their land to anyone they want. MS and RS are super happy while Shyam looks shocked.
Precap : Mahavir taunts Maasa that he has won the first round and soon he will replace Maasa in her own village. Maasa laughs and tells Mahavir to stop dreaming as that would never happen....
