What are Pooja's options? - Page 2

I don't know in the reel world but, in real world in any country especially in India... A person who wills something away to someone has a right to change there will as long as they are alive...For example, if my parents has willed something to me and I turn out to be a bad child, they can change their will anytime and reclaim their property...I hope Pooja knows that, and hires a good lawyer, and her mother makes a new will signing everything including the house to someone else (for example Pooja), and she can get her property back...Truly, I would like to see this if this show is truly a reality based show...

This is not abt will ...This is about property papers which were signed by mom under pressure...Will can be changed at anytime during your life until one dies....Property papers were signed under coercement....Forcing someone to sign under bad situation...Pooja can fight this by proving it in court...No brainer...But she is the who has to realize that the law is on her side and she can fight until than nothing nara zilch....

i really hope she does that. frankly in her place i wud have given up the house for my self esteem. pooja is educated and if she tries hard enuf she can get a job. instead of living with karan just so that she doesnt have bear the stigma of being a divorcee its better to divorce him and get her mom to stay with her. her sister is anyways married and pooja divorcing karan wouldnt have any bearing on her prospects. she can keep fighting the case on property side by side. if she wins then great otherwise let it go.
