What are Pooja's options?

pooja wants to get her mom's house back from karan. but then like karan im also curious what she can do. does she really have a plan or was that bravado? now she has agreed to live as karan's slave. and knowing pooja she will stick to her part of the bargain. do slaves really have options?

When Karan is sleeping, she can find out that property paper and tear it up! 😃 😆
She can ask the same police inspector to arrest Karan for dowry demands (house) and then Inspector can beat him up! 😃 😆

i like ur option 1...though knowing karan he has prolly got himself registered as the new owner of the house. i even thought of option 2 but i was wondering if the inspector will help this time. the first time itself he was asking - wont u go weak seeing ur husband in trouble. and she did.

Karan needs some whooping 😆 Pooja is silly and her mom was silliar for signing papers after the wedding...

I sure would like to know what Pooja is going to do since she bluffed Karan with serious look that she was getting her mom's prop back....

Pooja's mom was a little silly to sign those papers in the first place. There's a guy who is abusive, whats the gaurantee that he'll change after there are property papers in his name???

I think that Pooja should firstly, seek professional advice - from a lawyer or a policeman.

I don't know so much about Indian law and systems, but Karan has already a criminal record on file previous to this, so they can say that he threatened the mother to sign the papers - or the signature was forged.

One option Pooja may have is to dispute the property papers in court stating that her mother signed the papers under duress & therefore it isn't legally binding...this is definitely an option to explore...

i was thinking of the court option but then the law can be twisted and karan is the just the person to do it. pooja really doesnt have the option to hire a good lawyer who can get her justice as she hardly has any money. meanwhile another thought entered my mind...what if she did some tit for tat act with karan...like tricking karan's mom into signing away her ancestral home to her. that would be sweet revenge!

Pooja should take legal action about her mom being coerced into signing house papers during sis wedding...

Karan already has case FIR against him for spousal abuse...He is not going to look like a wonderful husband....

She can do it if she gets her gutz up...instead of sleeping in the same bad as that creep.....

I think she just said that out of anger without really thinking how she is going to do it. I think eventually she will find out that she cannot really lose her self esteem and stoop to Karan's and will leave the house. And eventually I think she will find a way to get back at Karan and the property
