Spotted Kangana Ranaut at Bandra. here is an example of Lip job gone wrong. Or it could be that she just had it and needs healing time.

That is not Kangana. Look at the facial features. The nose is significantly different as are the eyes. I think it might be her sister, Rangoli. But I can bet anyone 50 bucks that the woman in white isn't Kangana. Lip surgery alone doesn't change a face this much.

i knew she had a sister and you might be right maybe it is her...btw, she has a sister-sister or a twin-sister?!😳...just wondering...
