there is something there becoz he was a kuchipudi dancer & so he got that type of personality which is different from guys or gals....

sonu imitated him becoz he want to make him a good personality so that he wont do that type of actions in future...

afterall he need to represent india rt???

the one in red is confusing. what do you exactly mean by that? hope not something offensive. in my opinion he looks a perfect guy.

as for sonu imitating him it was just fun because all were doing it. panna imitated sandeep, amey imitated kumar sanu so on. sonu nigam is one of the finest mimicry artist.

i think karunya is just fine. everyone have their own style. just because he is going to represent india doesn't mean that he needs to put up a fake act. some famous stars smoke, some drink. we can't expect them to change because they represent indian cinema. it's their indivudual choice.

Has anyone noticed?? The way he was singing "chak de" and how sonu nigam mimicked his reaction when he heard he was through to the gala round!

His style is rather girly! 😆

Going to be chopped by all karunya fans.😆

he is tall so we forget he is so young(younger than sagar).so if sagar cries it looks fine,I agree with karunya-seems strange.but he seems such a decent guy. 😊

Priya and Sumesh,

I respect your views and opinions b'coz I think everybody is entitled to personal opinions. But there is something that I wanna share with you guys. Technically speaking gays don't have a specific body language. Anybody can be a gay. A guy who looks masculine with a well built up body can be a gay too and a male dancer with feminine body need not be a gay.

Coming to dance forms, except Kathakali and Kuchipudi all other Indian dance forms are for women or rather have been dominated by women. Kuchipudi is the name of the place in Andhra from where this dance has originated and some famous exponents of Kuchipudi include Mallika Sarabhai (woman), Raja Reddy and his wife Radha Reddy (woman). Almost all dance forms in India have originated from the great Lord Nataraja (Lord Shiva), who is a MALE dancer himself. Classical dance started with a MALE God and was earlier performed by MALES in India. It was passed on to women later.

Though I support expression of speech, I thought from a broader perspective it was in a very bad taste. Art is a form of God and insulting Art or Artist is like insulting God himself. So my friends think twice before you make such comments as it might affect somebody's image in a platform like this and this is not the US or UK where ppl have accepted the GAY thing. We have miles to go to reach that level. It may be a fun for you for a while to post such things here but just think about the guy's life even if he doesn't make it through II. He's a great singer and that's what matters. My respect for him has grown double b'coz he's just 19 and already has two great forms of art in him. I think that's what matters and we should all encourage such youngsters to come forward and show their art.
