Keeping with my word, here is an analysis for Sameer and Avni
Sameer - ' I am the best' the song was written for this guy. He truly believes it doesn't get any better than him for a girl. He is an outgoing person, for whom his older brother is an idol and younger brother the one to spoil. Loves parties, good conversations, pretty girls and having fun (pun intended). Or atleast this is what he shows to the world. Deep down he loves his family, and will change himself for them. He wants a girl, someone who is shy, homely, loves him, the one he can look at with utmost honesty and the one who he can't bear to hurt or to see hurt. He is passionate, compassionate and sensitive. He hides behind the facade of a 'cool dude' which is just one aspect to his personality. He falls in love and doesn't even realise it because he thinks of himself as a player. He is the person who will go to any lengths for his love, but only when he realises his love.
Avni - She is your typical Indian girl. A dutiful daughter, an understanding sister, the best friend you can have. She is loyal and trustworthy. She isn't naive but she likes to believe that hatred doesn't exist. For her family comes first, others come first, seeing a smile on someone elses face even if it means hiding her own tears is life well lived. Someone who grew up close to her family, with books for company, she has the ideal concept of love within her. She believes love happens once and it lasts for a lifetime. She is gullible and gives a 100% to everything. Jai, became such a good friend, he became an indispensable part of her, someone she knows she needs in her life. He made her see the lighter, fun side of things. She loves him, and that love for her is ever lasting.
Sameer and Avni - They are as opposite as two people can be. They are a prime example of how distance makes the heart grow fonder. Avni loves, and loves once. Sameer, loves but doesn't know until crisis hits hard enough to make him realise. Theirs is a love story plagued with problems, sacrifices, dilemmas and changes. Theirs is a love story like yours and mine, like two people stuck between their duties, their families and their hearts.
