Some facts I know through her interviews and various articles where she talked about health:
-she is a vegetarian (she says that helps her control weight as well as keep her skin glowing)
-she practices Yoga for an hour each day under the guidance of her instructor Payal
- She starts her morning Yoga with warm-up and SuryaNamaskara, followed by some asanas that focus on any two body parts (say abs and legs for one session and then upper-body for another), then cools down by doing meditation or pranayam (breathing)
-drink lemon juice/milk instead of pop/tea/coffee
- junk food in moderation

I love how she decided to get healthier by practicing Yoga and being a veggie, I don't know why people call her size zero etc., she was never one. She has said numerous times in her interviews that she believes health comes first and it should never be about getting thin through unhealthy means, it should always be about a wholistic, all round approach to physical and mental health, yet she gets tons of criticism about weight (never understood WHY these days it's considered negatively if a person is health consciousđ)! Anyway, she's a great inspiration to me when it comes to practicing Yoga.
