[This I am taking as hint, that Kanha is telling Rads via Guruji that her destiny and duty lies with Dev her husband.]

Radha Krishna ki murti ko saajne ki aanumati aur adhikar mil raha hai - says Shastriji to Rads

[ My interpretation]: Again Kanha's way of saying, your husband is giving you the right to "touch" me and decorate me.........so, he is your protector in this life.........and he is performing the duties he promised to you as according to the Saath Phere..........

woh agar hame paas lana chahte hain, to hum kya kar sakte hain

[My interpretation]: Again hint to Rads, your Karam bhoomi is PB and your Dharam is to be with Dev and For Dev.............

We have disliked the creatives for showing wrong things, but for these excellent dialogues, I want to thank them..............
