my favourite scene has to be the scene when hermione cries after seeing lavender kissing ron and the way she says to "harry how does it feel to see ginny kissing dean? "i know harry how you feel about her iam your best friend ,that was so emotional ,it kind of made me cry too., and then harry saying "it feels like this hermione."the freindship between harry and hermione is like the best ever. dan an emma are great actors.

Oh yeah...I really really realy loved the friendship shown b/w Harry and Hermione in thismovie...it was like one of the best!!!👏👏👏 I actually felt that the scene you just described above, after Ron-Lavender kiss and Hermione runs off crying....should have been there in the book. And that's saying something naa???

We always look to say: "Wish they had shown this in the movie"...but for this scene and the one I am describing below...I came out of the theater saying: "Wish JK had written this scene in the book!" That's because JK always sort of underplayed the Harry-Hermione friendship....I simply loved this scene and the later one in the library with Hermione hitting Harry for going: "I AM the Chosen One" 😆

The other thing which they added into the movie was in the conversation b/w Felix!Harry and Slughorn after Aragog's burial when Hagrid dozes off.

Slughorn talks about Lily...his favourite student and what he said about her gift to him of the "water bowl which had a single flower petal...which went down into the water...but before it hit the bottom it transformed into a fish...Francis...and one day I cam downstairs and the fish was gone....and so was your she....it was one of the most beautiful pieces of magic I have ever seen..."

I really loved this little addition...very touching and beautiful...just like Lily Evans-Potter was meant to be!😳

I couldn't agree more. I'veI always felt that H/Hr were always overshadowed by Harry/Ron, inspite of the fact that the instance in DH [ When Ron leaves and Hermione stays ] indicates that the friendship and trust is stronger between H/Hr. Infact, there are more than one instances when Ron has doubted Harry and Hermione has stayed loyal to him regardless. One of them being Goblet of fire.
I wish JKR had included that scene in the book too, it's kinda like the reverse of the usual saying lol, but I agree with you 😊

^^ Yup yup! I really appreciated them showing the bond between Harry and Hermione. We don't get to see that often. In fact, some of my favorite parts from the DH was when H/Hr were together after Ron left them (not that him leaving them was a good thing lol) it just showed how deep their friendship and loyalty was. 😊

One of my fav moments from the movie was when.... Harry and Ron saw the old potions books and a new one and then they just jumped for the latter and were fighting for it 😆 Harry ended up with the Half-Blood Prince's book. And then he smacked Ron's hand with his copy haha 😆

As for serious scenes... the one where Katie touched the necklace and screamed out in pain 😲 It was perfect! 👏

Of course there are more scenes that I'd like to talk about but let's just leave it at those two 😆😆

I so agree. Special mention to the scene in Godric's hollow. It actually bought tears to my eyes, my only consolation for Harry's grief being the presence of Hermione, standing next to him.
Yeah, It was one of the highlights of the book 😊

You know I loved the friendship b/w Harry and Hermione the most in DH.....I felt it was the relationship of the book for me!!! I dunno why but the way Hermione came to rescue him in Bathilda's house and all the scenes prior to that when they visit the graveyard of Godric's Hollow ad how JK showed Hermione being there when Harry broke down completely....I was really touched by that! It showed how pure their friendship was....and it figures that JK deemed it more important to show a 'friend' being there with Harry at that moment...rather than a lover....it shows how much she values friendship!

In contrast...I didn't feel much for the Ron-Harry scene of the book...i.e when he saves Harry from drowning in the pool and the succeeding Locket destruction scenes. I felt it was a more Ron scene than a Ron-Harry scene.

Well I am expecting great things from the directors and script writers in DH in terms of the screen space given to Harry and Hermione...so I hope they don't disappoint me...but then one of the good things about having a good off-screen chemistry b/w Dan and Emma and a greater fan following...is that because of that...we got all those lovely scenes in HBP...!
So please don't disappoint me Dan and Emma and directors!
