Canadian elections plz help!

Hi everyone, I have a debate coming up in school and I need help in finding arguments. So please I would really appreciate it if you can help me find arguments for both against and for the resolution.

The resolution is: Be it resolved that Canada implement an election every four years.

The condition right now is that the Canadian Prime Minister can call the election when he wants.
