For Sangeet when I saw Juhi, I realized that she is still wearing her "shaadi ka Chooda". I felt so good because I have been married for almost 4 months and am still wearing my chooda..... My chooda is almost the same as hers 😊

For those who do not significance of chooda: Chooda is the Red & Creamish' wedding ceremonial bangles. Thereal ones are made of ivory. Girl's maternal uncles (mamas) bring the chooda. And once it is worn, for 40 days it shouldnt be taken off at all. After40 days, some girls reduce it in number and then keep it as long as they want. Then the "nanad" takes it off, and bhabi gives some gift to her nanad. Then it is thrown away in a flowing river so that no one else wears your chooda.....

It is a very beautiful rasm and I am really enjoying my chooda 😛 and sure that Juhi is too 😊

that's so sweet!! congrats to you for your 4-month-old wedding :) n yeah tht's so nice of Juhi to be wearing one. The rasam is nice too.

yes Juhi Parmar aka Kumkum.. she wasn't there on the Swayamvar but she was present at the Sangeet and she even danced with her husband Sachin Shroff.

i am fan of Juhi..but anyone noticed she has gained a bit of weight..or is she expecting/??

Juhi Parmar was there for the sangeet ceremony with sachin (her husband)

Yes she has gained weight, but I dont think she is pregnant. Because if she is pregnant, she should take her chooda off right away as soon as she finds out.... thats what I was told by my elders that if I find out that I am pregnant, i should take it off :-)

even i got married few months a go .even i m still waring my chooda ......still makes me feel top of the world...mine is the same as juhi ...........and if i m not wrong juhi got married on 14th feb in jaipur and i got married on the 12th feb

congratulations ridhi....... yeah I feel really good too wearing teh chooda.... People turn their heads to look at it and I feel sooooooooooo good 😆 well I got married 14th of April..... number 14 has a great significance in my and hubby's life, we both are born on 14th of 2 different months and then got married on the 14th of another months. 👏

haha 14th of April is very significant for me too since i was born on this day! 😆
