Hmm...so, another day gone by...i had been quite looking forward to Monday by the end of last week...i wouldn't say that i am disappointed entirely, but yes, it was a mixed experience for me tonight, for various reasons...like a whole lot of things shuffled in together, trundling through parallel storylines like a roller-coaster that can either leave you exhilarated, or a little nauseous, when you need a moment to catch your breath as well as your senses, as the case may be...thought i'd post in with my two cents anyway...😎 i'll start with the upside...and for that, we have the saving grace : Dr.Armaan Mallik...😎 the guy's got spunk man...he's an absolute brat...but he entertains you without making you feel insipidly stupid...i think that was the spark of tonight for me...especially his little chit-chat with his Virtually Seventeen Year Old Alter Ego on a stretcher...😆 hehe...it's a bit juvenile, but that's the Armaan we're supposed to be seeing...he's the brat, who decides to payback the charge of irresponsibility laid on him by Teacher, by going ahead and being a little more irresponsible...sneaking behind doors, asking little kids for help...it's like he's walked into Kindergarten again, only, as a full grown man...and of course, how can we forget the moment with Sweety at the end, with his insides as well as outsides dancing the Conga, anticipating Riddhima's firing session from Kirti Hitler Rai...and how that translates into his biggest mistake so far, and a serious one at that...let's see what he does now...and how it's carried forward after...i also loved that whole mirror thing with Riddhima...when he thought she was reading his mind...lol...she probably was, for all you know...and that mirror was just a convenient coincidence...she does know him inside out after all...hehe...tiny scene, but cute...
now for the slight downside...i hate the fact that Rahul's resolutely refusing to see the sense in Atul and Muskaan's plea...don't know what's come over him...unless this is a ploy to disappear for another couple of episodes, living up to the guest appearance reputation he seems to have amassed over the past few months...i miss RM, honestly...and to be given a ray of hope one day only for it to be blotted out the next is, well, sad...🤔 of course, they might have something planned here too, considering Armaan's slide-smashing dance performance at the end of the episode...😛 lol...let's see where that takes us...coz it's quite a good opportunity to explore Armaan as well as RM better...let's see how they take this forward...
AN...well, i'd honestly rather not go there, because i just don't see where they're headed on the SuSu front...😳 as far as the two of them individually are concerned, i could still give it a shot to take a deeper look into their almost-relationship, because there is something there...there is certainly some depth to be found...but what in heaven's name they're planning with the Dalmia khaandaan, entirely eludes my tiny little brain for one...as if it wasn't bad enough last time, it gets progressively worse as we have a mercenary Deal-Ya-No-Deal angle added to her stammering Daddy Not-Cool, who's actually willing to give his daughter away to a guy who evidently repels her like an opposite charge, quite admittedly so too, in exchange for large doses of Vitamin M for Sanjeevani, as my friend would say, or more simply put, Moneyyy...and all this so that he can have his half-wit daughter happily married, going on to spawn a whole generation of specky moronic gits who live up to the khaandan's not-so-good name by adopting all his usools, complete with I-Am-Dumb written all over their faces, and exclamations of "Hayeee..." at the drop of a hat...sigh...
all in all, a very mixed sort of episode...fillerish at times...but we can't expect the best everyday now, can we...hope tomorrow brings something more with it...let's see, let's see...😊
cheers! 😃
