To be fair, we did have them for much of the outgoing week, up to the point where Sudha is now aware that there is something unusual about her behavior after she sleeps, w/ flashbacks of others telling her how they saw her lookalike in those same minis that she found herself in. So now, if she is consciously not going to turn into Devika, there is little reason for her to be meeting Uday.
But I do want their friendship to develop further, and frankly, they seem to be dragging out Jyoti's marriage on this phagphere rasam deal. Get over it, guys, and move on. And frankly, I couldn't care less about Sushma - I don't want Jyoti's next project to be about extricating Sushma from Brij. If she realizes that she's being pimped, let her be the one to grovel back to KK.
I do hope the story goes back to Sudha and Uday, with her becoming fully conscious of her Devika activities, and making a clean breast of everything (pun not intended) to Uday & Jyoti, starting from when she was strip searched at school, to the present. At least, that puts them in a position to be able to help her, and hopefully, we'll see their romance bud. I want the next major wedding scene in NDTVI to be that of Uday/Sudha (probably after Arjun/Arohi)
