Im confused

My questions are:

-In one the very old episode of Doli Saja kay, when Annu is kicked out of the house by Daksh and she is living with Samar. I remember Daksh ONLY kicked her out and DID NOT DIVORCE HER!!! Then we see everyone in the village trying to make Samar and Anu's relationship bad. Anu is upset and after giving a long lecture she says that she takes Samar's hands and take him where BHUGWAN's Moorti is and she ask him to fill her MAANGH...........you all remember that right? of course Daksh walks in and stop it........now my question is: Thu Annu wasnt wearing Sindoor at that time but she was stil married with Daksh. Daksh didnt divorce her RIGHT? so it is okay for a married hindu woman to ask REMARRY when her husband is alive?

I saw the same thing in Choti Bahu where Devki,Amma and Rads are tried to REMARRY Dev(who course doesnt know that he is actually Rads husband) knowing that Dev is married with Rads...is that okay in Hindu religon? and Rads is being forced by Devki and Amma to REMARRY knowing the FACT that she is actually Dev's wife and Dev is still alive and not dead or divorced Rads(Dev doesnt know Rads being his wife thu).......Im confused.............
